Interactive Medical Image Diagnosis with Chatbot Assistance

This project focuses on enhancing the diagnostic workflow with AI-driven chatbot support for interpreting medical images, improving communication between clinicians and AI.
Transformer‐based Deep Learning for Rapid Stroke Diagnosis
(Dec. 2023 – March 2024)
Role: Research Assistant
The contributions of this study are: a) develop a deep learning model that improves the precision of stroke lesions segmentation in 3D MRI, b) attempt to solve the data imbalance problem by creating a comprehensive pre-processing pipeline that also improves the model ability on different lesion sizes and shapes, c) validate the model effectiveness on the challenging ATLAS v2.0 benchmark dataset

Developed a prediction model for those who are at a higher risk of suicide by using different predictors of suicide such as tension, depression, anxiety, and so on.

Implemented Data Warehouse for the retail Industry. From data normalization to dashboards.

Design and developed an android phone application that can extract printed text from the image.
